The Villas are accessed through the main spine road, past the main Beach Club and into its own gated entrance. All the Beach Club amenities, such as the Bamboo Café, the large swimming pool complex, the Seahorse Kiddie Village , the Veda spa, and the Pawikan Bar & Grill, are practically laid out in the neighborhood's front yard.

To maximize the stunning views, the Villas will be a fenceless neighborhood.
